Having spent most of my adult life in business, I feel that I am very much a peoples person. I am and have always been interested in the local community and I aim to support the community however possible.
Prior to being in business, I was employed as a traffic officer at Dartford River Crossing.I live in Dartford with my wife and two children, both the kids are currently in further education.I was introduced to Dartford Lions Club by my brother Avtar in 2014, once I joined I was welcomed by an amazing team of people who were all willing to pass on their wealth of knowledge.Upon joining, I promptly took over the role of Press Officer and I began work to promote the club and its services throughout the community via social media and the website etc.I very much enjoy being a member of the Lions Club and the work we do, its an amazing organisation which carries out an endless amount of work across the world.In 2020 I took over the role of president of the club and I aim to continue to serve the club to the maximum of my ability.Please feel free to contact me or any member of our club.

During my 2 years as club president, with the support of members I modernised the club enormously and also introduced corporate sponsorship opportunities to local businesses. These have allowed the club to obtain more by spending less, our membership increased along with our awareness within the community. Taking online and card payments plus buying bonfire night tickets in advance allowed us to promote bonfire night further with the introduction of digital technology. My advice to anyone considering the presidency of any club – Try it, I’m sure you’ll love the personal satisfaction you get from helping others!
